TYLER DAVIS

Tyler is a professional drummer and music educator with over 10 years of experience and the founder of The Band Factory. In 2022 he opened TDaveDrums in Pembroke, MA which has quickly become the premier source of drum education on the South Shore. As the co-founder of the band SixFoxWhiskey, Tyler has toured nationally, released three studio albums, and performed alongside notable acts like Fuel and Nate Smith. With a passion for both performing and teaching, Tyler has dedicated his career to helping others live out their dreams as he has been able to… through music.

KEN DELLOT

Ken has been a professional working drummer for the past decade staying busy by both teaching and gigging. He began playing drums as a child, inspired by his late father, Dennis Dellot Sr.. Ken continued his passion for playing the drums through grade school under mentorship of Mr. John Smith and has since built a diverse career playing rock, reggae, jazz, and more. Known for his versatility and professionalism, he remains a sought-after session drummer and the full-time drummer for the band Professor Caffeine and The Insecurities.

SEAN BALL

At age 10, Sean was given a practice pad, drumsticks, and drum lessons for Christmas. By 16, he was playing the snare drum in a Pipe Band that would compete annually in Scotland at the highest level of play in the world. At 23, he fell back in love with the drum set and started taking lessons under Martin Vazquez on Cape Cod, where he eventually began substitute teaching. In late 2018, Sean joined The New Motif, an exploratory funk band that originated on Cape Cod. Sean has experience teaching a wide variety of music genres to students ranging from 6 to 75 years old.

WILL MACLENNAN

Will is a multi-instrumentalist from Duxbury, MA. Will took up saxophone and piano at the age of 10 before switching to guitar soon after that. Will’s passion for music led him to study music theory and where he developed a wide variety of techniques on the guitar. Will specializes in classic rock and singer songwriter style guitar playing. In 2021 Will began to teach privately doing in-home lessons amassing a substantial client base. As a professional musician, he plays in various local bands as member and session player and continues to compose original music.

BRIAN ROWE

Brian Rowe is a dedicated music educator and freelance musician hailing from northern Rhode Island. He currently performs as a woodwind specialist and bass player in several award-winning blues and hip hop groups around the New England area. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in music education and serves as the director of bands at Whitman-Hanson Regional High School, where he conducts the Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, and Marching Band.

MARY MCAVOY

With over a decade of professional experience, Mary McAvoy is a passionate voice teacher, performer, and songwriter. She began singing at five years old, later serving as Musical Director for her college a cappella group at the University of New Hampshire. After graduating, she taught pop and gospel vocal methods at Bristol Studios in Boston, MA, and has since built a thriving career as a professional singer. Most recently, Mary was a contestant on Season 26 of NBC’s The Voice, where she had the honor of working with Snoop Dogg as her coach. Mary specializes in helping singers build confidence, develop authentic artistry, and unlock their unique sound.

PAUL GAUGHRAN

Paul Gaughran hails from Pembroke, Massachusetts and has been an active member of the local music scene since starting his first band in 2007. He went on to achieve a Bachelors of Music Business and Saxophone Performance at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Soon after graduation he began to focus entirely on bass, and for the past eight years he has taken great joy in a fresh academic approach to mastering the instrument. This has lead to enjoying the opportunity to record and perform all over the country. Paul is currently involved in several full time projects as well as regularly subbing for a variety of bands of all genres in the greater Boston area.

MOIRA APPLEBAUM

Moira is a keyboardist, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist from Houston, TX. She studied music at Brandeis University and has been an active musician in Greater Boston and in New England for the past 10+ years. Currently, she performs regularly with local funk act Superpink, with wedding/function band The Party Factor, and is a frequent freelance performer within the r&b and jazz scenes around Boston. Moira is also music director, accompanist, and composer for local musical theatre and musical improv comedy. Growing up in a musical family, Moira believes in the power of learning music and the creativity and excitement it can bring into your life. She has been teaching since 2014 for ages 4 to 65 and loves watching students grow and develop their unique passions.
