MEET THE TEAM
TYLER DAVIS
Tyler is a professional drummer and music educator with over 10 years of experience and the founder of The Band Factory. In 2022 he opened TDaveDrums in Pembroke, MA which has quickly become the premier source of drum education on the South Shore. As the co-founder of the band SixFoxWhiskey, Tyler has toured nationally, released three studio albums, and performed alongside notable acts like Fuel and Nate Smith. With a passion for both performing and teaching, Tyler has dedicated his career to helping others live out their dreams as he has been able to… through music.
KEN DELLOT
Ken has been a professional working drummer for the past decade staying busy by both teaching and gigging. He began playing drums as a child, inspired by his late father, Dennis Dellot Sr.. Ken continued his passion for playing the drums through grade school under mentorship of Mr. John Smith and has since built a diverse career playing rock, reggae, jazz, and more. Known for his versatility and professionalism, he remains a sought-after session drummer and the full-time drummer for the band Professor Caffeine and The Insecurities.
JULIA BABB
Originally from Scituate MA, Julia Babb is a soul singer songwriter with a passion for rock and blues. With a voice that embodies the likes of Amy Winehouse, Alanis Morissette, and Carol King, Julia puts her own funky twist on familiar favorites that always brings a feel good energy. A vocalist first and foremost, she dabbles in a plethora of instruments including guitar, flute, and piano being her instrument of choice. At the age of 25, she’s built a full time career in music, splitting her time between solo piano performances, general business band gigs, and weddings as both lead vocalist and emcee.
WILL MACLENNAN
Will is a multi-instrumentalist from Duxbury, MA. Will took up saxophone and piano at the age of 10 before switching to guitar soon after that. Will’s passion for music led him to study music theory and where he developed a wide variety of techniques on the guitar. Will specializes in classic rock and singer songwriter style guitar playing. In 2021 Will began to teach privately doing in-home lessons amassing a substantial client base. As a professional musician, he plays in various local bands as member and session player and continues to compose original music.
BRIAN ROWE
Brian Rowe is a dedicated music educator and freelance musician hailing from northern Rhode Island. He currently performs as a woodwind specialist and bass player in several award-winning blues and hip hop groups around the New England area. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in music education and serves as the director of bands at Whitman-Hanson Regional High School, where he conducts the Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, and Marching Band.
DOMENIC DAVIS
Domenic is a professional musician with 15 plus years of playing experience. Though electric bass is his principal instrument, he is musically rooted in concert percussion (marimba, vibraphone, xylophone etc.). While inhigh-school he was able to study percussion at Berklee College of Music through their City Music program. As a UMass Boston graduate, it was there that he studied piano under Chaerin Kim.
PAUL GAUGHRAN
Paul Gaughran hails from Pembroke, Massachusetts and has been an active member of the local music scene since starting his first band in 2007. He went on to achieve a Bachelors of Music Business and Saxophone Performance at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Soon after graduation he began to focus entirely on bass, and for the past eight years he has taken great joy in a fresh academic approach to mastering the instrument. This has lead to enjoying the opportunity to record and perform all over the country. Paul is currently involved in several full time projects as well as regularly subbing for a variety of bands of all genres in the greater Boston area.
JULIA CHISHOLM
Boston native, Julia Chisholm, is a singer, songwriter and self-taught musician. While vocals remain her primary instrument, the piano/keyboard is her official sidekick! Heavily influenced by strong female vocalists, like Adele, Alicia Keys, Madison Ryan Ward and so many more. Julia has found her own voice and implements these different styles into her performance and teaching. Traveling the world for over a decade, singing on cruise ships, various venues, and showcases has allowed her to develop as a performer and grow her understanding of her own artistry. While Julia stays busy performing, she also enjoys sharing her knowledge to all of her future little music leaders. She has taught both piano and vocals over the years at different music schools and at home lessons.
ALEX PEASE
Alex Pease is a Boston based drummer, educator, and live performer. Having studied at DiCenso's Drum Shop from an early age through high school and beyond, drumming has been a lifelong passion. Alex performs with a variety of cover bands and original projects, including The Cherry Fog and Wayside Sound. He has also played with Heartland Radio and currently performs with the Bollywood rock band Kadak Chai. Throughout his career, he has shared stages with national acts, including Parmalee, and has performed across New England and New York City. In addition to performing, Alex works in the theatre department at Dexter Southfield School, where he serves as the house drummer for campus productions, including Disney's Moana, The Lightning Thief, and Alice by Heart.
CAITLIN CAREY
Caitlin Carey is a South Shore vocalist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist with a decade of experience performing throughout Greater Boston and New England. She has performed with cover bands at weddings, restaurants, and events while developing her own songwriting for nearly ten years. Caitlin plays guitar and piano in addition to singing and has experience across pop, rock, folk, alternative, and Broadway-inspired styles. As a vocal instructor, Caitlin creates a comfortable and encouraging environment where students can develop healthy vocal habits, strengthen their technique, and build confidence as performers. She believes learning to sing is also about trusting your voice, ears, and instincts, and loves helping students discover what makes their own voice unique.
JEFF ARMSTRONG
Jeff Armstrong studied drum set and percussion at Berklee College of Music, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Performance. He has taught private drum and percussion lessons for over 25 years, mentoring students of all levels, including many who have gone on to pursue careers in music. Jeff has performed professionally for over 30 years throughout North America and abroad with artists including the Delta Generators, Anthony Geraci and the Boston Blues All Stars, and has recorded on hundreds of songs across a wide range of genres. He specializes in groove-oriented styles including rock, blues, R&B, and funk, with extensive experience in jazz and world music. Jeff’s teaching emphasizes musicianship, confidence, and helping each student develop a lasting connection to music.
