The Artist Development Program (ADP) is The Band Factory's premier group experience for young musicians who want to grow beyond traditional music lessons and experience what it's like to be part of a real band.

The Artist Development Program is designed for dedicated musicians who are ready to take the next step in their musical journey. Working alongside other committed students of similar age and ability, members rehearse, perform, record, write original music, and develop the skills needed to thrive on the stage and beyond. More than just learning songs, ADP challenges students to grow as confident performers, creative collaborators, and well-rounded musicians.

HOW TO JOIN
Prospective students begin by submitting an inquiry form through our website. Qualified applicants will then receive an audition form and information regarding upcoming audition opportunities.
The audition allows our staff to assess each student's experience level, musical interests, goals, and overall readiness for the program.
