The Artist Development Program (ADP) is The Band Factory's premier group experience for young musicians who want to grow beyond traditional music lessons and experience what it's like to be part of a real band.

Designed for dedicated students of all backgrounds and experience levels, ADP provides a supportive and professional environment where musicians learn, collaborate, create, and perform together. Students are placed into bands with other musicians of similar age and ability, allowing them to develop meaningful musical and personal connections while working toward common goals.

HOW TO JOIN
Prospective students begin by submitting an inquiry form through our website. Qualified applicants will then receive an audition form and information regarding upcoming audition opportunities.
The audition allows our staff to assess each student's experience level, musical interests, goals, and overall readiness for the program.
